BH/138102 Conmed Vasectomy Needle Electrode, Sterile (Pack of 40)
Single-Use Sterile Stainless Steel Needle Electrode with Hex Hub to be used with the Hyfrecator 2000. Most commonly in Non-Scalpel Vasectomy (NSV). These sterile 3/4″ Needle electrodes are ideal for non-scalpel vasectomies reducing difficulty and reducing chances of infection.
The single use vasectomy needle is 19mm (70mm overall length) and can be used for coagulating bleeding vessels cut when disecting or separating the scrotal dermal layers and for bi-secting the vas differens.
The needle is also used to sear the ends of the VAS' sealing the open ends. This can be achieved by moving the needle over the end of the open Vas' or by inserting the needle into the Vas' tube and withdrawing it as it is activated, shrinking the tissues and sealing the open end.
