Mepilex Border minimises pain to the patient and trauma to the wound during dressing changes. The Safetac technology prevents Mepilex Border from sticking to the wound bed yet adheres gently to the surrounding skin. Mepilex Border has excellent fluid handling capacity and minimises the risk of maceration. Mepilex Border is ideal for those locations where a self-adherent dressing is required as a gentler alternative to other adhesive bordered dressings.

- Mepilex® Border effectively absorbs and retains exudate and maintains a moist wound environment
- The Safetac® layer seals the wound edges, preventing the exudate from leaking onto the surrounding skin which minimises the risk for maceration
